Is this thread still use-able?
I joined this group last year around August. Shame it had languish for so long!
I myself am back and at it again, but not as hard as last year. I'm back on my treadmill, and trying to walk 3 miles, 2-3 times a week.
Yesterday-Walked 3 miles, up a 3% grade
I hope to keep posting here to stay accountable. Please, please post some encouragement and/or join me!
