No good, even if all whole grain! All those carbs had my weight up nearly four pounds the next day. I've got all but 1 gone now but... I've got to knock off the backward steps if I want to get there. And I DO, right?

I hear ya. Really, with my plan, there's very little excuse to derail because I can save points for treats or even big splurges and as long as I track it I'm good. I'm going to hocuspocusFOCUS!

It took me a long time to start figuring it out, but when I found the spot to automatically subscribe to threads I posted in, that made it so much easier to re-find things! I'm hoping that the PMS bloat doesn't set in quite yet...
And at least you kept your "bad choices" to a minimum. As they say, progress, not perfection... We're in it for the long haul, and sometimes things happen. As long as we get right back on track, it's all good!
