MonteCristo! I did Water Exercise on Monday and today. Tomorrow since I generally wake up between 5-6am I will exercise before going to work. I will do the same on Saturday. The longer I wait the more likely I will not exercise. I may try to add Friday morning too but that may be a bit much. I push too much I will burn out and quit so I gotta be careful.
! Now I will be really motivated to get the exercises because I want to get as many badges as possible for me and my team. I still need tobe careful to not over do it.
I'm not sure what I'll do today, probably ride my bike and do some easy walking.
