Well Pat, I don't think I am going to make 10 pounds either...if I had lost 3 more this week (which is what I was hoping...) but TOM put a stop to that...9 more days though in this challenge we could lose a significant couple of pounds in that time...

This last nine days I will workout EVERY day at least twenty minutes!

I will stay OP

I will post everyday

I will drink 100 ounces of water a day...

I will lose!

Let's make a pact to do everything in our power these last nine days to make Mr. Scale move! I wanna be a "loser"....How about you???

Pam, Mystery weight??? That may not be such a bad thing...

Say a prayer for me as I would love to lose 6 lbs and reach the 10 lbs. It doesn't look like it but shucks you never know. It's worth a shot!!! I have worked hard today but stopped when I began to ache in a serious way. I know to be careful from experience still I have accomplished quite a bit . See I told you all I was feeling better! All I have to do is stave off the headaches and not push past my ability! Suffering is something not to strive for!!!! Especially when it takes weeks and weeks to get over!!!!
I am getting around more. I steam cleaned my footstool at the end of my bed and the comfy chair to my computer I have pulled out, scrubbed the floor and tomorrow I must wax these parquet floors in here. I have a shell plant stand to spray paint but as it is a heavy iron stand Hubby carried it out and when it dries will carry it back in. I don't use it for plants I have a small treasure box with lovely beads and pearls spiling out and down with silk white roses , lace and little pretties spilling from each shell and even a touch of whimsy. I think I will take the small wicker chair out and spray paint it too. I have to redo my closet but a lot of it I can do by sitting in a rolling chair in the closet so it won't be to bad. The ugly dark brown metal file cabinet I am going to cover in a scothgard material, pastel roses and gold paint the handles. I really want to strip the vanity and repaint it white with gold details but we shall see. I do need to find an inexpensive mirror and cut it to shape for the vanity. I am working on designing my own computer desk that has all the components I want and need that still looks light and airy so I can get this clunky one out of here. Mind you thats just this room. I have 11 more rooms to go including bathrooms. Three guest rooms, foyertwo bathrooms ( but mine is really small like a medium size closet! Mom 's room , laundry room, little kitchen, no The diningroom is done! Well, that's one that's done anyway. It may take me months!!!!
Nah, well maybe. the walls need painting too. The flowers need to be set in the garden is started but a good bit more to get yet.
And.........company's coming!!!!!!Ahhhhhhh!!! Lol Hopefully I can get this room done. Boy when you say 11 rooms it sounds so huge but it really isn't. It's just a ranch style brick house. It is different and larger than the trailor we had before this house. Ah well it's time to snooze so goodnite my sweet ones.

Okay, so I didn't get to post everyday....

I walked yesterday, plan on 45 minutes of strength training tonight...I have started one of those "cleansing" diets today. It's one of those that is suppose to cleanse all the toxins from your body. We'll see how long I last. It is really strict, you can only eat thing s like oatmeal, and fresh fruit, and low carb veggies. Like I said we will see how long I last on it.

The reason I am trying it, is I fel like I need a jumpstart...it's been 3 months almost and I have lost 3 pounds from my starting weight. I need to experiment and see how strict I can go, and see exactly what I can do and what I can't. At the rate I am going I will never get to the 5K in September....

Well guys goals for today are.

Eat strict

Weight train

drink 100 ounces of water!

Stay positive!'


I have to lose this weight!
