Maybe a snow day tomorrow for us, well the kiddies, my daughter said her teacher told her to do a snow dance tonite. Wish it worked for a snow day at the office!
Karen31: I heard that quite some time ago, about that height. Maybe I should start Osteoperosis meds eariler in life to be sure I don't shrink! Older people worry about loosing their licences, I might have to worry about being strapped in a car seat, YIKES.
I don't know how I did it, but today marks 6 days in a row I have worked out, and I can really tell. I think reading these forums really helped motivate me. I was good with the food as well. I don't want to post my weight until I see the scale stay there for a few days so I can be sure that is where I really am. So thanks for all you gals for motivating me.
