Ok, Mindy, I guess a little more competition is good for me. I think you've lit a fire under my butt with your amazing loss this week. You totally deserve it!!!! You have been (literally) working your *** off! I am so proud of you!
So, due to Mindy "encouraging" me to step up my game, I did 25 minutes of circuit training tonight and 20 minutes on the treadmill with a pretty good incline. My legs are kind of jello-y, but it feels good--I've needed to get back on the wagon for a couple weeks now. I think it had been about three weeks since I had done any circuit training, and I couldn't believe how much more difficult it was. But, I am back on track!!!! I am going forward strong and I will continue.
As far as food goes, I went a little over on my calories today (like 100 over) due to a baby shower. That little piece of cake blew it for me. Hopefully the extra workout time can help make up for it.

It was pretty late getting home and hadn't eaten since 1:00. So we had pizza. I ate too much and didn't get to my daily workout. Gained a bit this morning. Boy you really need to stay on the game all the time.

I stayed on my eating plan yesterday and I am on track for today. I was down to 147 this morning, and my weigh-in is tomorrow. I generally weigh every day, but record the number on Friday.
