Would you use warmth or cold to help something like that? and maybe some ibuprofen, isn't that good for muscle hurts?
but it's my own fault! One was oatmeal raisin and the other was choc. chip.
He looks ok in that picture but there are some unflattering ones of him around.
However, his profession certainly ups his hotness!
I'm not very good about stretching before or after my workouts either. I do a very, very minimal stretch (I'm talking about 1 min of stretching max). I know I need to change that and even picked up a book on stretching just last night. We'll see how that goes. 
Before should be at least 5 minutes quick cardio to get your blood moving before you add resistance or weights. After should be at least 5 minutes (more like 10 if you've been working out more than 1/2 an hour) of light cardio and stretching. 

It was overcast, but in the high 50's, almost 60. But then heavy rain tomorrow; then falling, falling temperatures; all next week, low 20's at night and mid 30's for days. So this might have been my last hurrah. But I sure enjoyed it 

Then on the 28th we're riding our bike to Port St. Lucie for a delayed Thanksgiving with our riding buds there. We're both working on the actual day....since the hospital never stops 
It was so busy that on Friday I worked 4am till 8pm and was only able to sit down for 1 five minute break
You know that night I realized that through that whole shift I only went to the restroom once as well and boy I could tell I was totally dehydrated Sat. morning so drank lots of water yesterday then last night was my sons racing banquet and had a few mich ultras
ok well acutally I guess I had more than a handful plus a few shots
Boy did I sleep good last night though.
We went out w/ friends and ate Italian last night....man is that Italian beer called Perone some great stuff! 
It's an 8 hour trip. I'm ready...have the house clean and everything ready for HH to be home w/o me for a week. I'll be checking in while at DD's and will weigh when I get home. I MUST get back on track!! I don't think Ive gained much tho....my jeans still fit OK. Need to get back on track for some LOSS tho. You're my exercise idol, Holly! You too Reda and Sass...I need a big ol' kick in the butt

At least you get to go riding...... Some of us winter has hit, darn it
but we did get snowmobiles out to get ready for the snow that is coming. I do prefer riding my motocycle but the snowmobiles are fun tooo
