Thumbs up Done!!

Good morning, people.
I have finished all three challenges....sigh. I don't feel great about it. I don't see the results....but, I'm not letting that stop me. Not all is visible, is it?
I'm going to be back with the new challenges, which may be continuations of the old. See you soon.

Not feeling too good in general...so please excuse me for not chatting with you all...

Unhappy where is my rainbow?

Hey all, I'm afraid I just can't find the oomph to get in here. It seems like I've spent all my oomph trying to life others off the floor and have no more left for me. Not good. And I'm totally disgusted with myself and the fact that I seem to be yet AGAIN slipping into old ways. OK, I'm not drinking but the loss of socializing and a bit of throw-my-cares-to-the-wind time that that gave me has NOT been replaced with anything, not even a leaner body. What the heck? Sigh. Let me try to find myself here again and I'll be back...

dj, keep at it is all I can say...while hoping I can find my own mojo.
Pink, atta girl!

Day 13 - portion control during dinner - good - 1 pause left

Red - Hope to see you back soon! You'll get there, I know you will. Even if it's 2 steps forward, 1 step back, it's progress. When I first started to lose weight it was only after realizing that it didn't matter how long it took me, that as long as I was making positive changes, I was doing the right thing. (Not to say I don't forget that myself at times!) Never give up!

Glad to see you back Pink!

Kinda in a bit of a slum... two weeks till my life goes crazy with school and work and everything again. Very worried I'll slip into my late night studying/snacking and fast food on the run with little gym time routine again. I seem to do good the first few weeks of school and stay on track but every year fall off... ahem the reason for the freshman 15, sophomore 15 and junior 10!!! AHHHH I need to stay straight this time which mean food logging and 3FC! They both by far are my biggest motivaters! I want this sooo bad.

Challenges:
30 minutes of exercise a day (yup that one again:-)) ~ Day 2 (3 pauses left)
Two bottles of water a day ~ Day 2 (3 pauses left)
Limit of 1800 calories a day ~ Day 1 (3 pauses left)

Hello everyone. I am back from my last trip for a while, so maybe I can finally settle down and actually complete a challenge. Just have to think of one.
Red, great job finishing your challenges and hopefully you'll be back soon!
Hey DJ, thanks for holding down the fort.
Where's Jolly?
I'll think up a challenge or 2 tonight and visit again tomorrow!
I am going to Hawaii in January so I have a serious deadline!!! A pound a week should do it, I think. Yikes.

Kickin some butt at the gym finally, its getting easier and I stay longer (2.5 hours yesterday, 2 hours today!). Trying to keep it in high gear all week as I know once school/work/studying/commitments starts next week its going to be hard but I’m going to try really really hard to stay on track this time, it is time for a real change.

Challenges:
30 minutes of exercise a day (yup that one again:-)) ~ Day 6 (3 pauses left)
Two bottles of water a day ~ Day 6 (3 pauses left)
Limit of 1800 calories a day ~ Day 5 (3 pauses left)

Ok, didn't mean to disappear like I did. First, I got a new computer (yay!), which I had to set up and transfer all my files. Then we went camping for the first and probably last time this year. Because of all that, my one challenge went out the window.

I am starting new challenges as of tomorrow. Yeah, I could have started today, but, I'm tired and still trying to catch up on "after camping" chores. Anyway, new challenges....

Portion control during dinner - level 3
A minimum of 64 ounces water - level 3

Still keeping it rather easy, but they are both something I need to do.

The end of summer is always a tough transitional time. We have to stick together and get over the adjustment and into our new routines!!!
Great job at the gym, pink, I wish I had that much spare time to exercise...
Dj, hope you had fun camping and good luck on your new challenges.

I'm still not sure about new challenges for my self. One will be exercise. I went to the gym yesterday, so today will be day 2, if I make it there. Thing is I really have to get cardio going so the challenge will be go to the gym OR get 30 min of cardio by jogging, brisk walking or exercise video.

Thanks Apple!! This will be my last week off till things go crazy I wish I had the time to go to the gym so much all year but life happens and I hope to make enough time to go an hour 4 times a week once everything gets going again:-(... haha some how I like to believe all this work now will make up for later ;-)

Hi. I need to be back, and as I begin each day I sayd today is the day. But then life happens.
I screwed up my left shoulder and now it hurts badly, i could not even undo my bra tonight.
Eating has been so-so, I've not been to the gym much, but I've not gained.
I will try to recommit tomorrow, unless TOM pain kills me.
