Tuesday - a long walk with the single stroller, both ways.
The cardio wasn't as intense as with a double stroller, and the bumpy
sidewalk kept me from walking as fast as I can, but it was 45 minutes
of elevated heart rate so I'll claim it as a full workout.

I'm trying to get in the habit of taking the stairs instead of the
elevator to my office (5th floor), but I usually "forget."

Rob and I took a short hike yesterday on the Applichain trail, which runs near our house. Was nice to be outside.

Debbi-That's really cool. I did the virtual Appalachian Trail a couple of years ago. It was fun. It was on coolrunning.com. I didn't get very far!

Never heard of the virtual Appalachian Trail, will have to check it out. Rob and I have done the entire part of the trail that runs through Connecticut. We have done some of the NY part as well. We do it as day hikes, have never slept on the trail. In fact, we don't even own a tent!
