Really crammed schedule Wed and Thurs with no exercise
but today (Friday) I've got a slot of time planned to make
up for it....If I don't waste the time being lazy.
Finally this week I was able to get to belly dance class! I had really missed it, dealing with Rob's Mom. I had a two hour class Wed. and I am getting ready to go to a one hour class today!
Nothing Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, and nothing Saturday!! Wow, so bad!
Sunday I did crunches, weight lifting for upper body, and some cardio
on the exercise bike.
