Kylie - great to hear from you. It's great to hear that you have a clearer idea of what you want to do… and I have all the faith in the world that you'll get there.
Gen, you still recorded a great loss - and that's two in a row. You'll get there! I know what you mean about structure … I sometimes think my life revolves around my Excel spreadsheet

, and I agree with what you said in an earlier post; you can exercise as much as you want, but if you don't get the food balance right, it becomes an uphill battle.
Yay Julia - it's inspiring to hear about your weight loss. You're doing so well.
Kel I know a lot about cats and bugger-all about babies, but I don't think it's worth stressing about if Jem isn't running a marathon yet

. She's so cute!
Vonni, it's nice to see you pop back in - I was missing you. But I know you're busy. How's it all going?
This week I'm planning to just stay on track and meet my various personal goals. I've learned over the 50 weeks I've been doing this that you can't predict what the scales will say at any time in the future (even tomorrow), but you can control your choices.
Ugh! 50 weeks! But I'm already a different person than I was this time last year. I have a lot more energy, I feel more positive, and I have learned HEAPS! By this time next year I hope I will have reached my goals. But whether I do or not, I KNOW that I am not going to give up until I get there.
OK - slept in this morning, so I must get on with it.
