Gayle,
Thanks for the storm update. That's really, really frightening. How
long until tornado season is over?

I also noticed that your ticker shows you're down 25 lbs and halfway to goal.
That's phenomenal. I hope you feel amazing, and I hope you can channel
all the positive effects towards continuing full steam ahead.

Lisa

Gayle - Stay safe, prayers are sent to keep you safe. I can only imagine the terror it must cause when you are under tornado watch.
We opened the pool yesterday, supposed to be really warm later this week.
I am down another pound this morning. I would like to see the scale go down faster but at least its going down.
Good morning to everyone out there who is lurking this morning.

Gayle ~ Thanks for the update and I'm so glad to hear that you and your family are safe. My prayers go out to those who have lost loved ones or their homes...I just can't imagine! Hopefully the weather will settle down soon!

I spent the weekend at my parent's helping my mom stain their deck. It was a heck of a job, but a good workout I'm sure. I'm cutting grass today. I guess the summer workout has begun...I can almost feel the pounds melting off!

Gayle, so glad you and your family are ok. Those storms are horrible! My heart goes out to all who were involved in the worse of the storms.

Thanks everyone for your concern, here is a link to see some pics.

Also, I heard from Carol, I hope she comes back to post a message. Things are going ok for her, she has had a rough couple of years with the loss of both parents.

Where is Cheryl & Dee?
