WI was today, I stayed the same. I'm happy I didn't gain but I need to put the soda down and get to the gym, SERIOUSLY! I haven't even been walking home from work cause Louie hasn't been at work for the last two weeks because of his hip. I decided that wasn't a good excuse, I have my IPod now, so I walked home today. With the Ipod, the 45 mins flew by.

I've weighed in this morning and am down another 2 lbs. I have been consistent with working out. But the vegetables and salad have not come as easy as I'd like them to. And I like them...maybe if I had a dancing it would be easier.
Shari, you are a very motivated person. So, I know you'll kick or curb that habit. Thank goodness for the iPod.

You all are doing such a great job! I just got an Ipod this past weekend. And man! Listening to alittle Aretha singing Respect sure makes you walk harder and prouder with very little effort.
It's amazing what music will do for you. When I'm on the elliptical and need that extra push I can put on a nice dance song, and instantly I have a burst of energy.
