Okay momtu2 I'm changing my goal.

I think we are going on a cruise early part of April

so I need to lose more than 7 pounds. I want to be in a 14!!
So tell me the truth. Danni, Suz, you may know the answer to this question.

If I start exercising (real exercise

) will that actually hurt me as far getting this weight off quicker?

I know in the long run its better for me. But since I only have a month would it be pointless and actually make me gain.

I know muscle weighs more than fat and all that stuff. But is it possible to actually lose enough inches in 30 days to drop a whole size.

If so what exercise is best.
I'll find out today rather or not we are going.
Danni I've never heard of freezing fog. It makes sense. Fog is mist and mist is water. It must be extremely cold where you are.

Hey have you tried those spoons WW has?

1 cup and 1/2 cup. At first I thought they were silly to get because I have measuring cups. But later I got and now I absolutely love them. That is all I use now.
Suz, Quarter horses is what we have also. We have 3. My DH and son ride alot. Me not so much. Personally, I'm ready to get rid of all of them and buy a boat! The horses that is.
