Thanks for the birthday well-wishes! I had a GREAT day! We stayed home and raked leaves. Sounds bad, but I love raking leaves with the family...Junior racing full-steam ahead through the piles, Kyle hiding in the piles, Derek and I taking turns motoring aorund on the mower mulching things up. It was sunny and a bit cold, but a great November day. It was also Matthew McConaughey's birthday, I might add.
I ate like a pig because Derek bought me a 3 cup food processor. It's so cute and just the right size for mashing banana for banana bread or onions, celery and mushrooms for stuffing in a small chicken for dinner. Derek offered to take us out to Red Lobster for dinner, but I opted for staying in and cooking with my new toy. It was GREAT! I took a rain check on the Red Lobster, though.
Anyhow...on top of the food processer, I got a new bottle of Wind Song (my daughter thought I said Wind Sock over the phone...I said, "Yes, I want a bottle of Wind Sock perfume

) and a Peyton Manning game jersey.
Okay..gotta run!!
