I ate so well yesterday. You would all be so proud of me. And I jsut got done having SPelt and oatbran pancakes with Agave nectar and strawberries. Now to get the kids ready for church. I'm stalling. I feel so huge and gross that I almost don't want anyone at church tosee me. I know, it's pathetic.

Maybe we'll get to go to the pool this afternoon. I really want to swim. My back is so bad that I remember why I just went for a c-section last time. I can't lift Jacob. I can't even lift a basket of laundry!! I'm sooo miserable!

Lady- Jsut put it behind you, babe. DOn't let yourself get down over one little thing. You'll do great today You lived in Buckhead? I'm in Midtown, just off Howell Mill.

Thin- I'm such a sucker for yard saled. Glad it was successful for ya

Monet- Was the sausage natural or organic? I think we will switch from Sam's club to Costco when they finish the new costco by CUmberland Mall. I've heard that Costco has more organc food and we eat mostly organic. ALthoguh I can get Organic frozen veggies, milk, eggs at Sams, and some other stuff.

Teensy- Yep 15 pounds, but apparently that's normal for me since I have morning sickness the whole 9 months. ANd I start out heavy.

Good morning! I have finished my breakfast, had some espresso, and I am not contemplating whether I am feeling good enough to go for a walk. Its not easy to walk when you are either hypoglycemic, or feeling nauseaous. I tried shooting my injection into my thigh instead of my abdomen this morning. I had read that it might help with nausea. I have not had a problem, but just wanted to rotate the places I stick anyway. I really don't care where I stick as long as it works.

TALITHA: Yes, some of the sausage is organic. Costco has organic milk, but not eggs. They carry organic butter off and on, and I got organic frozen blueberries there yesterday. They also have organic green beans, and carry a good number of organic canned goods. They have some fresh organic produce too. I tried switching to Sam's, and just missed Costco too much to stay! There are a few things I would like to get at Sam's, but it has not been worth the $40 membership fee. I hope Travis is helping you with Jacob, etc. You certainly do not need to be lifting a heavy toddler!

LADY: I agree with Talitha...we all slip up. Just put it behind you and move on. I have read one of the major contributions to diet failure is feeling like "oh, well. I ate that, so I may as well totally blow it and start over tomorrow" attitude. Unfortunately, tomorrow never comes. I have done that in the past, but it sure is easier to stick to the plan when you have horrific complications hanging over your head. Everytime I look at something sweet and gooey, I think about going blind, or having to go on kidney dialysis and it sobers me and steels my resolve. (I am diabetic)

I hope everyone has a great day, and is having a good weekend....

Hello all.... Hope you're having a good week end. Its just lazy around here. Just put some towels in the washer. Need to run and change my sheets while our little boston terrier is sunning on the front porch. Or else he wants to help and then its impossible to get the sheets on. You all have talked about Georgia peaches so much I'm dying for one. I love peaches! But where or where to get them in Missouri? Eating still is not great for me but I'm getting all the junk food out and getting only healthy things in here to eat. This is a long process for me getting ready to get back on SB. Mentally that is. I get to go to a Sam's when I'm away for my birthday trip. My sister lives by one and I'm going up there for the week end soon. I can't wait I haven't been there in years. Guess I'd better go do something....
