Hello All!! Been a crazy week at work. I am doing well with sticking to my plan. The weight seems to be coming off nicely. I decided to go with Penaut butter WW toast and an apple for breakfast right now. I need to find some other options. I might try and make my own protein bars, I know there are some recipes on the site. What to have with dinner seems to be throwing us right now - but we are managing.
So now for my questions...
Lunchmeat - I have read here and there about lunchmeat being illegal - what's the scoop? I haven't seen that in the book so far.
Brown Rice - Is the instant OK?
