FINALLY!!! The scale moves. 172. 1 1b this week.

Can finally post a loss on this board. My previous all time low was 125.5 (which was 3 weeks ago) - today the scale blessed me with being able to see 125

So, it's a 1/2 pound loss from my low - we won't count the in-between stuff!

Wish I could say the same but unfortunately I gained back one
this week!

Tomorrow is another day! I've been re-reading the book and cookbook.
It's been a very chaotic week and a half. I will explain tomorrow
when I visit the support board.....I just wanted to be sure to
post this evening.
I feel I have to be accountable here, not just to you but to myself.
