HiI just joined your group today,not sure how all this works yet but hopefully will figure it all out soon.I started sugar busters on sunday the 17th my weight was 186,weighed in this am at 178,yeah,and today is the 21st.When do you all weigh in usually?How do i get to chat??arrgg so confusing in here lol,not much of a computer genious I must say.Looking forward to meeting some of you.Kymn.
