Why did you chose Sugarbusters?: A friends of mine lost 105 pounds with no sugar and low GI. Weight watchers stopped working for me so I figured I needed a new start.

What motivated you to lose weight?: Well I have been on a up and down weight loss ride for 5 years. This is the longest I have stuck with going to the gym in a row. Aug 07-present so I might as well eat healthy to have the whole package. Plus, lets be serious I have old clothes that used to fit, and I want them to fit again.

Do you have a reward in mind for when you reach your goal? What is it? Not really, funny 5 years ago my reward was to own a pair of Adidas track pants. They only come as big as xL and when I was a 22 they were way to small. Not they are baggy and I have 4 different colors of Nike and Adidas size large waiting when I loose about 15 more pounds. I didn't care how much they cost.

Anything else?: No..But in general life im very loud and outgoing..haha i'm going to try to fit in here or at the least barge in..haha

Why did you chose Sugarbusters?: when I found out I had Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome my doctor told me I needed to cut out my sugar and high-glycemic carbs and suggested it. With PCOS every time I ate something like that my sugar raises normally but my insulin goes through the roof and weight startes to pile on
