New Chick In Town
Hi I am new to this site and found it by accident. I am very impressed with the many different diet topics placed here. I have belonged to other weight loss sites before and enjoyed them. The site that I was on previous was getting to bogged down with personal problems and less about the actual weight loss/exercise topics. I really need a site where I can find helful information on the my goals and where I can keep my focus. I would love to be a part of a group who can really motivate and help me with my daily challenges.
I started the SB diet in Feb.2005 because my doctor put me on it due to some health problems. I will admitt that I have not been totally faithful on the plan. I have done pretty good.....I have lost 15 pounds and getting close to 20. I know that I want the weight gone for good and it will take time and effort. I have had some health issues that have got in my way but now I am ready to really roll with this program. I would appreciate any help and encouragement you can give.
