Default Pregnant and starting SB...
Hi Everyone!
I'm new here and looking very forward to getting started. I'm 14 weeks pregnant, and I talked to my doc yesterday about doing the SB plan while pregnant....he said it would be fine as long as I get enough calories. Has anyone else done SB while PG?

Hi ShaLea! SB is very healthy. I think there are a few others who have done SB while pregnant who post. We mostly hang out over on the weekly support board. Please join us! We post by using reply instead of new thread. Hope to see you there!
