Man, I hope I'm not going to be the only one in here this week.
Monday- Burn it Up workout. LOTS of squats, lunges, and other stuff that I don't like,lol. Then it goes to weights, then a brutal leg workout, and then abs and stretching(total time is 59 minutes).
Thursday: I WENT BACK TO CURVES!!! I only did one circuit, as I wanted to ease into it, but it sure felt good! I did not do any of the ab machines, though.
