  • Monday: Slim in 6 "Ramp it Up" tape (47 minutes).

  • Monday-- Walked 2 miles. No back pain so will try for my 3 tomorrow. Still going to wait on my strength training.
  • Tuesday-- Walked 2.5 miles......Buddy ran off on me so when I found him I took him home! BAD DOG!!
  • Tuesday - Gym: 35 minutes walking on treadmill & light upper body workout (I had a headache)

    Wednesday - Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill

    Steps so far today - 7,334
  • Wednesday-- Walked 2 miles.

    Thursday-- Walked 2 miles.
  • Friday: Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 20 minutes treadmill

    Saturday: Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill

  • Friday-- Walked 2 miles. Am going to start back up on the TBT on Monday. Hope that if I take it slow for the first few days it will be okay. Wish me luck!!
  • 1.5 mile walk Sunday

    2.0 mile walk Saturday
