Tuesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes on treadmill (no running today, just walking at 4.2 speed, and changing elevation from 3.0 to 3.5 to 4.0 to 4.5).
Mon: strength training circuit,11 off circuit machines, gravitron(upper body workout), 5 mins elliptical
Tues: tennis for 1 1/2 hours w/ my sister
Wed: mowed lawn, bowled 3 games
