Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit TBT.

Tuesday-- Walked 3.5 miles with Buddy and Jo.

Wednesday-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit on TBT.

Monday- nothing!
Tuesday- did 3 mile WATP tape and then my church class. Did about 45-50 minutes cardio(step and floor), then did body sculpting(toning, abs).
Wednesday- did 2 exercise classes. The first being a good workout and the latter being at a slower pace, but still good for the metabolism.
Thursday- haven't done it yet, but I have a 30 minute low impact aerobics class to go to followed by 30 or 40 minutes of Pilates. Then I'll head over to the church and teach my "regular" class(see Tuesday for details). My stomach is still a bit bigger from vacation, so I need to do some extra ab work. I might pop in one of those videos just for abs in just a bit?

Tues..1.65 miles/30 min on TM burned 145 cal
Thurs.. 2 miles on TM / 38 min burned 177 cals
30 min weights, then rewarded with 30 min in wet area.. whirlpool, steam room & sauna.

Friday-- 15 minutes stretches, 42 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
That's 5 days this week......off the next 2!!
