, I even signed in for the board. I have been working on my overeating through another thread but my doctor is right I need to get on SB and stay on SB. I did it once before for a very short time and I did feel better. I have fibromyalgia
and it supposedly helps with the flares, I don't doubt it cuz Atkins did help but I just would not stay with it. I woke up this morning realizing that "I have" to do something about my weight and about how I feel other than be angry that I have FMS. This is an act of self-love not deprivation. I also am going to ask them to change my meds to something that does not have a weight gain side effect. I have the book and will be rereading it and am thinking about just following their suggested eating plan for fourteen days.
Just for my curiosity, did you guys lose weight pretty good on this or is it slower? I just want to know what to expect. As you know with Atkins it is pretty rapid at first. Thanks for your time guys and I look forward to getting to post and learning more about eating healthy for me.

and had 1/2 grapefruit so now off to have some oatmeal.
