Monday- total body workout(body by jake video)45 minutes.
Tuesday- did 3 mile WATP tape and then had exercise class that evening
Wednesday- 4 mile WATP tape and a few situps
Thursday- did 3 mile WATP tape and 10 minutes on my thigh trainer. Have exercise class tonight. Will be the usual. Around 45-50 minutes of cardio(including using the step), then we'll work our arms and chest with hand weights, then floorwork will be leg exercises, maybe butt, and abwork. It's only 2 workouts a week, so I try to get most of the body parts involved,lol.
