Sugarbusters Weekly Exercise 6/21-6/27

  • Monday-- 14 minutes stretches, 39 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Mon: 21 mins elliptical machine, strength-training circuit, 9 off-circuit machines
  • Curves- 30 minutes
  • Monday - 20 minute Pilates tape

    Tuesday - Ab Scissor....45 seconds x 4

  • Tues: walk in the woods.
    Wed: trailwalk(approx. 1 mile+)
  • Curves- 30 minutes
  • Wednesday: 8 minutes treadmill, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • Here's my exercise so far for the week:

    Monday- total body workout(body by jake video)45 minutes.
    Tuesday- did 3 mile WATP tape and then had exercise class that evening
    Wednesday- 4 mile WATP tape and a few situps
  • Wednesday-- Buddy and I walked 3 miles.
  • Thursday- did 3 mile WATP tape and 10 minutes on my thigh trainer. Have exercise class tonight. Will be the usual. Around 45-50 minutes of cardio(including using the step), then we'll work our arms and chest with hand weights, then floorwork will be leg exercises, maybe butt, and abwork. It's only 2 workouts a week, so I try to get most of the body parts involved,lol.
