LOL...I cannot believe I am here and the first exercise post for today (besides Monet's starting post). Anyway, I walked up and down the driveway for 15 to 20 mins this morning. Not a whole lot but that is a great start for me and am hoping to walk more this evening. If I am good, I might even hop on the exercise bike tonight Now, I really need to get that pedometer soon.

It is actually weird posting here but I am proud of myself!! Thanks Monet for the exercise challenge!

Monday - Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill
Wed - Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill

Fri - Will be: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill

Sat - Will be: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

I'm not so good getting on the computer and posting over the weekend, but will try.
