Monday---
Well, I finally got my butt back on this thread. I did 32 minutes on the TM and just under 1 mile on the bike tonight. Just couldn't get up and do it this morning. So opted for later this afternoon.
DEB, TONI and TEENSY---Good to see you girls have already made it here. You all are doing great!!!

Monday: Gym - 5 minutes on eliptical (60 calories)
Lower body on circuit & weights
Treadmill - 30 minutes Hi-Lo (calorie readout was broken) - probably 175 calories.
Hubby & I did Ab tape last night.

It was raining to hard to walk but I did get 40 minutes of wt training and floor exercises in.

Wednesday - AGAIN!
Got in another 3.5 miles this evening with a neighbor - it was fun! She worked her butt off to keep up with me! She has no idea that I'm mistress of the DETOX DUNGEON and I can work her butt harder than she thinks!
