Question Neophyte Needs Support & Advice

I started SB on 5/19. The first weeks were awesome - felt great, lots of energy, dropped 14 pounds, but now in Week # 3 of not losing a single pound after not cheating a single iota, I am getting frustrated. I know about plateaus but have never had one last this long. Any suggestions to jolt my system into the losing mode again? I'm feeling deprived, unsatisfied and FRUSTRATED but still DETERMINED to get this weight off. I have a long haul ahead of me and can't believe I am stalling so early in the game.

HELP!!!!!

I think that you will find that all weight loss programs will have their stalls. Just hang in there. If you lost 14 pounds in the first two weeks, that is awesome. Did you take measurements when you first started? Sometimes your losing inches, and not pounds, or sometimes your body just need time to adjust to its new weight. It will happen, just continue as you have been, and I am sure you will start seeing results again.

Hey there I know about getting stalled and frustrated after weeks of doing well!! Why don't you head on over to the main part of the support board? There are a LOT of helpful and supportive folks who can also give advice on how SB works!! With you all by your lonesome on this thread (which I also did the first time I posted) a lot of them won't see you!!
