  • MONDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles in 1 hour 1 1/4 minutes
  • MONDAY - 60 minutes of circuit training, 30 minutes of Pilates
  • Monday - 40 minutes on TM / 1.9 miles


    Wed - 46 minutes on TM / 2.3 miles
  • Monday- 65 minutes total- jog 3 min/walk 2 min

    Wed. -50 mintues total- jog 3 min/walk 2min

    Walked 4.5 miles in 1 hour 1.5 minutes
  • Sunday-walked for 45 minutes
    Monday- The Frim curciut training-OUCH for the next two days!!!!! this one was a killer!!!!!
    tues and wends -blow out kids are home again! yuck
    thurs, fri, and sat i plan to work out!
  • WEDNESDAY - 60 minutes of curcuit training!
  • Thursday
    Thurs - 40 minutes on TM / 2 miles

    So far this week ( which includes Sunday - wasn't sure if Sun counted here ) I have walked 160 minutes and 7.7 miles. That's alot for this here gal

    Was able to get in a 3.5 mile walk today-better than nothing!!!
  • Tuesday - Denise Austin Target Toner - 30 minutes

    Wednesday - Badminton 45 minutes

    Thursday - Swimming 30 minutes - didn't count laps to-day.

    Friday - SS 2 Mile Walk Video - 30 minutes
