Saturday--went to a PetExpo in Timonium, and as if that wasn't enough walking around, I spent 10 minutes walking around outside looking for my car...
Sunday--walked the dogs--boy did Jasper need that! Dobermans get cabin fever very easily!

Walked 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Red face

Monday--walked w/ mom at mall for 1.8 miles
did 20 min pilates that night.
Tuesday--zip, notta, nothing!

Zip, zilch, nada due to bronchitis. Heck, I got winded making the bed! Jasper is getting on my nerves... Maybe this weekend. I'm blessed with overall good health, but my respiratory system is my weak spot. Thanks a lot mom--you and your family history of allergies and asthma. At least I don't have the latter.

I finally made it on my Gazelle! I had a blast, and tonight I feel it on my thighs. Hopefully I will be posting here regularly. I have to keep the exercise going every day!
