Is their a book that I can get with Sample Menus and more information on do's and don'ts? I have tried everything and can not stay on a program long enough to lose all the weight I need to lose...Any tips?

Thanks for the help. This looks like a great program.

RONIE,
WELCOME TO SUGAR BUSTER's message board here at 3FC's....
We are adding a food list in the coming days.
Our moderator is working on it as we speak.
Please join us on our regular weekly board, and ask your questions there. They will be answered a lot quicker by doing that.
We have some members who post their daily menus, so look at some of the past weeks for some tips. This will help you until the food board gets up and running.
If you don't have the book, get that and read it. ALSO the shopping guide is a must for the grocery. You can find that at any book store for around $4.00
Once again, WELCOME, and come on in and join us.

Hi Ronnie,

HAMLIN, is that the Hamlin outside Rochester?? If so, my entire family is from Rochester and my Grandparents have a cottage on the lake in Hilton off the parkway, so I know your area!

Anyhow, back to the subject at hand...first and really important, we'd love for you to join the regular weekly board. When you want to respond to a particular board, always hit REPLY instead of post, otherwise you get yourself on a mini-board like this one.

BIGORANGE gave some good advice. If you don't have the book, try to get it. If they don't have a copy at the library, try to get one used off of Ebay or half.com (I can get you a coupon for half.com if you e-mail me for $5.00 off a $10 order). Then, once you have the basic idea down, we will all be happy to help you with the rest.

We are trying to work on menu ideas, but really, finding things to eat on this WOE (way of eating) is NOT HARD at all, and there is really nothing special that you need to buy to follow this WOE, everything you need you can get at a Wegmans or TOPS!

There is a good site a person who is following SB has on the web that I always recommend people to look at (at least until we get something together, which I hope will be soon). The site is below, just click on it:

You can e-mail me directly if you'd like as well.

Good luck!!!

Debbie
