I'm down 4 lbs this week but there's been so much talk about TOM that he's knocking at my door. I seem to lose right before I start. next week will be the true weight. as long as I'm losing I'm happy, and if I'm not losin, I'm still smiling cause I FEEL so much better!
this week, taco salad has come up a few times. I luv it cause u get to add sour cream, yum. I freeze it in one portion sizes, then any time I want it, it's as easily accessible as the lettuce. also luv tacos, so I can crumble up some triscuits. I've found that the weeks I lose, are the weeks that I'm eating small portions of triscuits. a serving size is 7 crackers, with 22 carbs, making it a starchy carb, BUT 1/2 a serving would only be 11 carbs. they're wonderful with cottage cheese, in the microwave for a few seconds with cheese, etc. I strongly believe that the fiber content makes a difference. I know there are some who have plateaued and thought I'd pass this along. If ur already eating triscuits, cut back and get fiber other places. the day's I eat triscuits, I don't eat bread and vice versa. DEB has the idea with journaling. this woe is a way of life, a journey. if I can journalize, then if I plateau I could look to see what I was eating when losing. my latest entry would say "triscuits=2 lbs" lol. thanks to those who read my post last week, will try to do replies. jred - my sb buddy offline is johnni red, have u tried zucchini yet, still not my favorite, but I LUV cabbage. the trick to cabbage is not to overcook, I think zucchini is that way 2. toni - one of my closest geographical sb buddies on the board. glad u could appreciate a looonnngg post. I tend to get a little winded, can u imagine me in person? lol. read michael montignac's book, made it make so much more sense. hope u've got to read it by the time u read this. gracious - aka "zuchinni galore", thanks for smiling while u were reading my post, I can assure u that I was smiling when I wrote it. Would like the bread recipe. I used to be a bland cook, that's how I was raised, but over time I've got into trying all kinds of experimenting. use zuchhini, cabbage, cauliflower, etc for noodles. another good tip is any vegetable can be fried (that's the south for ya), steamed, boiled, baked, broiled, or eaten raw. some are just better one way than another. mrs. dash is a great no salt seasoning, (comes in different flavors now, one is cajun) then of course there's always dairy, sour cream or cheese especially. sounds like u have more time to prepare fresh and that's great!!! sef - u are a lifesaver. thanks for the info on shredding lettuce, passed it on to the gf who got me on sb and she's lost in the kitchen, but know that she can do this. I shredded my head of lettuce after I read ur post (with a plastic knife), and a week later I still have lettuce. it's a great FAST somethin' and I needed it on hand. oh yeah, and the "icebox thing", I say that 2, heard it all my life. the theater is "the show" shortened from "the picture show". the lasagna recipe was on this board, think it was called "crock pot mock lasgna", I just steamed my cabbage for 10 minutes, put it together in the oven covered till cheese melted, then uncovered to brown top, just like regular lasgna. countrymom - thanks for reading, I've been to ur webpage, ur awesome. deb - thanks for the offer of the creamer. I'm gonna pass, cause the last thing I need is to be chasing another agave, lol. seriously, I'm gonna give up coffee, with no creamer it's not that great so guess I only liked the creamer neway. thanks for responding 'bout shredded lettuce, sef answered me 2, glad my ? get answered. beth - another close sb buddy, remember, we could do lunch if we had a 3-4 hr lunch, lol. I know how hard it is to stay OP when u work other than 9 to 5. everytime u eat, u think, I'm eating lunch with that tn girl and even if she eats 2 many carbs they're still legal carbs. u beat urself up 2 much. chill woman, try staying legal foods till ur full, no matter how much u want to munch, make it legal.....if even if u eat 10 grill cheeses in a day, u won't eat them all at once, and they'll be legal....u'll get back to portions, just....stay......LEGAL. that's pretty ironic considering ur job lol. think ur like me, u need something u can go to the cabinet or fridge and grab. "cooking" is a luxury. preparation is the key but that's like taking on a second job lol. heartmom - I mentioned u in my last post. been where u r 2, I let him come back. it's the only way u'll ever know if it ever would have worked. no matter what is between u and him, ur do what's best for U and what's best for ur children. ur baby needs u, ur daughter needs u, and he either does or doesn't. my prayers are with u. would luv to chat sometime. don't worry about what the scales say, just stay legal. u've got enough on ur plate already... no pun intended. jenn - tho u might not read this, hope u r recovering well, u were the first to catch my eye on this board, u are so sweet. thunderwoman - I read ur bio about thighs, that's hilarious. I used to be a skinny mini, then my thighs got bigger, then they got bigger, then, I can't walk naked without them rubbing together!!! that drives me nuts, should put that as my goal, lbs don't matter. again - welcome, I'm as new as u. I learn so much reading and asking. mercy - thanks for reading, wb, I tend to drift off and come back on msg bds, but I stay OP. I'm on a roll right now, posting two weeks in a row. fillise - aka "chick who beats scale with hairbrush", u crack me up, must be that southern belle in ya huh, u know that is totally redneck, but don't worry, I could tell some tales, lol....ur another close sb buddy, maybe 8 to 10 hrs. I like ur food scale idea, it sounds like something I would do. heard u got a new digital scale, tell me, did u get a new hairbrush 2, lol. quilter - read ur phone dilemma. used to bookkeep, and everybody depended on me to figure it out. got a sister up in grove city, go thru ur town when I visit. cheryl - u r so right about processed food. I just want to scream at people!! I feel bad about the legal stuff I eat that is processed, but in the south there's no such thing as fresh markets. don't WANT the illegal processed stuff. and......... bob - gotta go now, cause it's FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE!!!! best wishes to all, jonna (mcjonjon) 150/135?/125 |
Good Saturday Evening Everyone:wave:
Don't have much time to post tonight, or this weekend, but wanted to say hello before the kids get home and then, for sure, I won't be able to get on the computer. Tried getting on last night, forget it, the computer got stuck right when it boots on to AOL and says YOU GOT MAIL, but it got stuck at GO, GO, GO, GO, (trillion times over) just sounded more like GA, GA, GA, GA. I couldn't turn the darn computer off! I had to unplug it and wait for the battery to drain for it to turn itself off and by that time, I was in a deep sleep in bed! Garage sales sucked today. Only got a few movies for the kids, a new pillow and a ALL CLAD pan, oh, and a electric knife sharpener that I figured the $2 I paid for it would pay off in the long haul once my Mother, BIL and I use it to sharpen our knives. Had a nice day out with ELI yesterday as usual, short, but nice. Evening we spend with his other co-workers at the new SB and listed to the band they hired, which I like. TOM showed it's ugly face today, not that it wasn't expected. Scale was at 128, so hoping it goes down as the days go on. Did have some popcorn today, hope it doesn't screw me up (not that I'm not screwed up already, but in a different way!) Have a lot to do to get ready for tomorrow night, so have to make this short. Sorry, I don't have time to respond to everyone, but did want to address the popcorn and carrot question. The article below was one of many that took on this new news, just click on the link to read it. http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/pac...6/fitness.html Okay, gotta run-{{{HUGS}}} to you all. Will try my best to catch up come Monday if possible. E-mail me if you have anything urgent!!!!!!!! Debbie 194/128/129 SB since 3/22/00 Reached gaol 6/10/01 |
Saturday Evening
Hi Girls (and Daramus!), hope you all are having a wonderful weekend. I am so behind on the posts. And for that I really apologize. I hate when I don’t keep up. So I am skimming and trying to get back into the swing of it.
I haven’t felt too well for the past two days. DH and I did go out for supper last night. Big mistake, ended up on the toilet the rest of the evening. Man, that really ticks me off. Anyways, today has been a bit better. But still not great. Can you get your electrolytes all screwed up? I think that’s what’s happened and it’s going to take forever to get back in balance. Anyways, I’m telling you all this because I’m not going to get in my five days of exercise this week. Oh, I am so sorry TONI and all the others who got on board that I didn’t do what I promised. I was going strong Mon thru Wed, but then had that bad night and everything went straight to heck. However, to find something positive, I would have to say that that’s three more days than I exercised the week before. So let’s take that as a victory. How did you all do? I’m dying to find out if anyone was successful. Who am I kidding, I’ll bet you all kept up and made the challenge. I am the only one who failed, I’ll wager. Okay, who said I was a college football fan???? That is NOT right. I tell BOB that I will always cheer for TN because I lived in TN for four years and love it there. But I do NOT watch college football. Okay, so I’m not one of those with big opinions or knowledge about that kind of thing. McJON---Give us a shot when you come through our fair city. I know exactly where Grove City is. Just up the way a bit. Are you near Memphis? I love it there. We’ve been to Graceland a few times and have so much fun when we’re there. BKM---Was the Big Knight on tv today??? I guess it’s not wise to wonder if he played today. Still doing rehab on the knee???? Tell Sara and Tom hi from us. Hope you are well. Okay, guys that’s all I have time for. Must go and be productive in some way. Most likely it’s the laundry that will win. I think Paul and I will go see that big fat greek wedding movie tomorrow. I’ve heard so much good about it. Take care. Kim |
Hi all! Just a quick note to let all of you know that my DS, Theresa who had WNV, is recovering very well. She called me yesterday & told me that her DIL's (6 months pregnant) OB/GYN thinks that her baby has some major abnomalies. Seems as though they think the baby has "a hole" either in the head, spine or abdomen. I assured her that these tests are not always acurrate. They are talking about further testing. Next one will be an ultrasound done by a specialist on the 10th of Sept. Their hopes & spirits are high & trying not to think the worst, as the rest of us.
It has been a trying year in my family, but we will survive! I have more than once come to this board & shared burdens with all of you, biut I also want each of you to know that as I read concerns of all of you, even though I may not always respond on the board, I do pray for all of you & am so grateful for each & every one of you here. :) Debbie, thanks for posting that article on the GI & GL. SEF, those FF's are too much! Especially the exercise with the potatoe sacks. LOL Hey, now if we're going to talk ICE SKATING, I can join the conversation! :D I LOVE ice skating!!! I really admire them for their ability & talent. I never miss watching them on TV & even had the oportunity to see them live when they came to Lafayette a few years ago. DD's gave us each a ticket as a Christmas gift that year. One of the best gifts they EVER gave us! DH had chicken & squash on the grill when I got home from work. SOOOOOO good. Last night I made zuchinni pizza for supper & we had a friend over. Had told him what I was fixing. He was doubtful, but after the first bite he said "WOW" :D He was sold on it & went back for seconds. LOL Got to go, sorry I can't respond to others tonight, but {{{{HUGS}}}} to all of you! |
Good Sunday Morning Everyone:wave:
I'm proud of myself this morning. Even though I slept like crap, feel a little crappy (getting my Niece's cold, I do believe) and achy on top of it all, since I was in and out since 4:00am this morning and finally up before 6am I decided to push myself and go for my run. Didn't know if I had it in me to run, but knew I could at least walk. Since it was still twilight when I started I was able to get in some jogging and not kill myself in the process and completed the usual 4.5 miles in 52:08-not too shabby for not feeling up to par! Thought while I cooled down, and while everyone is still pretending to be Sleeping Beauty, I'd try to catch up on a few of the posts since my last "real" post on Friday. MELF, so glad to hear your DS is on the road to recovery, that's great news. I'm sorry to hear there may be a problem with the baby and I hope and pray they find in further testing this not to be true. Yes, your family has had a trying time this year and I thank goodness you think enough of us as your extended family to come on this board and know that we truly care what is going on with you and your family and share your ups and downs with us all. I think we all feel that comfort with each other! Keep us informed on what's taking place, please. Thanks for posting that poem, loved it! QUILTER, makes SURE you go see GREEK WEDDING! You will absolutely love it. I want to see it again. Hope you are feeling better today as well. Hey, don't sweat it about the exercise, you had all good intentions, we all know that, but not feeling up to par, it's hard (and sometimes not good) to push yourself to do it and your body needs a break. Get back to feeling your old self and then get back in to the exercise routine. JON, hope you don't mind me shortening this, unless you'd like MC-LMK (let me know). Four pounds this week is awesome, even if TOM is around the corner. I tend to go up during TOM and fluctuate on the upswing until midcycle and then I come way down. I just have to stay diligent and patient the next 2 weeks and then I'll see my reward on the scale. Hard to do sometimes, esp. for someone like myself who is scale-obsessed. BOB, have not a clue if your TN team won or not-you'll have to give us your play review of it's win or lose. Hope Skeeter enjoyed the game. How's the meatloaf turn out? I'll give you a buzz later on today, or tomorrow. Are you working tomorrow? So, your thought's on BB last night? What did you think about Marcellas putting Amy up? I love the pie fight they had!!! HEART, good going on 228-before you know it you'll be below 225. Sounds like you had a great night out at the Mexican rest., it's so nice to know you can enjoy yourself and enjoy your food and still stay OP! How's BOOGIE feeling? SEF, thanks for taking the time to post all your FF! Where in the world do you get them all, much less have all the time to read them? I'm glad to hear you didn't attempt to bring down that 7ft ladder. I can't believe you even carried it up stairs, much less carried it at all. You never cease to amaze me. GRACIOUS, CONGRATS on keeping those 2lbs off AND adding another 1/2 pound to that-you're doing wonderfully. How many lbs have you now lost all together? Good going on turning your nose up at that ice cream. LOL! I wondered who would take the bait about the Kosher PC-don't I wish there was such a thing, then all the Jews that eat bacon wouldn't have to do so in the closet and pretend they never do!!!!! SERENE, good Friday Funnies you posted, thanks for sharing! I definitely liked that PARENT'S PRAYER!!!! JACKK, glad I finally tracked you down. Sorry if I kept you long, I know you were getting ready to go. I'm sure we'll touch base sometime in the near future. How was the party? Brisket, actually, it was really funny to see Lauren's face when she tried it and actually thought it was good, you could see the surprise on her face, it was pretty funny. ELI ate some the next day and said it was palatable. Not my best, but definitely not my worse. My Mom makes the best brisket, falls aparta nd is so tasty. Unfortunately, I don't have her culinary skills, eating skills yes, cooking, no. FILLISE, good going on the scale, it seems to be behaving itself daily. I think it heard about the murder you commited of the other scale and figured if it didn't do well it would be your next hit! Glad to hear you found a couch you like. TONI, hope you are feeling better today! Hope the campers behave themselves this last weekend of vacation. I'm sure it's nice to get back to the normal mode once they are all gone and have your town back to normal. TRANQUIL, it sounds like you did outdo yourself with that dinner, sounds devine! Gosh, when I ever get to JAX I hope you'll cook like that for me!!!! SERENE is so lucky to have you spoil her like that. I don't know if I'd ever go home! JRED, hmmm, what's there to like about NAVY Can't imagine why you are so hung up on NAVY! LOL!! Doesn't that annoy you when people think of SB as a low-carb diet? I honestly thing there was a few idiots that didn't get their facts straight and then a bunch of other plagerizing idiots didn't do their own research or reading on SB and just took this false information and reported even more misleading information. Drives me nuts! MERCY, there's no one particular website that puts out the information on new ideas on the GI. Sometimes it may be a report you hear on the news, in a magazine, on a website. We don't always hear about it right away, but most of the time it does filter down where one of us sees it and passes the information along. There's still so much information about the GI & GL that needs to be looked in to so I'm sure there will be more updates as time goes on. BIGK, glad to hear you found the agave, though the price, even with the special discount they gave is still extremely high. I think this company knows they have a market for this and since they are the only ones brining it in to the country, they just name their price. Now I wish I would of told my Mom to buy more of the one she found up in NC at the old price. I'm glad to 11 bottles I bought last week at Publix were the old stuff, I'm partial to knowing it's from the old batch for some reason. RED1, that's nice that your DD is having your DS & his wife move in. I hope all goes smoothley with their transition. It will be good to have everyone closer to Mom! I hope you get to see the gals while you are in their area-remember the camera if you do!! I'd gladly send you some rain if you'll be so kind to send some cooler weather. I think it's a fair trade! Cool, a SB in your area! I'll have to ask ELI about the drinks, I'm not a SB conisseur at all. Yes, berries are one of the best fruits you can eat, due to their high fiber. Esp. rasp and blackberries! The more fiber in a fruit the better! LDBLOND, did you see my post for the link that talks about the carrots and popcorn? Glad they found that little boy. Figured the mother had something to do with it. Thank goodness she didn't do anything more drastic than what she already did. Have you tried to get Nance on the phone? Maybe you can talk her back on the board, it would be nice to have you both back on. Maybe you two could meet for lunch one day. Can't believe it's been a year since I saw you both! COUNTRY, do you find your own arm bigger than the other from shooting? Sounds like you are really excited with the new bow - waht was the occasion of DH giving it to you now? Maybe you and JOANN can meet up one day soon, if so, remember CAMERA!!!! JOANN, thanks for posting your BIO on the BIO BOARD. It was nice to learn more about you. Did you see COUNTRY'S msg. to you, she lives quite near you. You have my favorite dog, SCHNAUZER! I had a schnauzer long ago, they are the best (In my opinion). Whatever questions you may have, don't hesitate to post them on this board, we're more than happy to help answer them, if we are able. I do believe I'm caught up, at least I am for now. If I missed any posts, sorry, you know it's not intentional. Going to see if ELI is up yet, then go do the veggies for the tray for tonight, jump in the shower, p/u the cake, etc. and then have a few hours free before I have to go tonight. If I don't get back on tonight, for sure tomorrow I'll be on, with the new board up and running. Oh, before I forget, GREAT JOB to all of you who posted on the exercise board this week. I think it's the busiest week we've ever had since the inception of that board!!!!! Have a wonderful Sunay! :queen: Debbie 194/129/129 SB since 3/22/00 Reached goal 6/10/01 |
JACK-K----BOY, did Elder get spanked by your Trinity people? I stayed up and watched the sports part of the news just to see what happened. They spend like 20 minutes just on hs football. It's huge here. Hats off to your team! Isn't it fun that we live this close and can have extra things to talk about?

Good Sunday Morning.
Up at at it this morning. Came down to do some situps and ended up here. More fun too!. Getting ready to shower and head at to tailgate for 4 hours before the game. I hae my veggies ready to go and some buffalo wings. Thought I should come here and get my "fix" so I could stay legal today. Don't want all that other food to tempt me. I knew that if I read the posts I would be motivated to stay OP. Taking a little wine with me, but the rest water. GO CATS!! Bob, I haven't read the sports page this am yet. Hope all your teams won yesterday. Be watching today! Red1, How nice your sone & SIl and new grandbabies will be so close to you to enjoy. Bob, Yes, I'll be there. Don't for get to watch for me, I'll be the one in blue. LOL Our seats are at the open end of the stadium, clubhouse side, near the goal post. keep watching, I'll wave. Don't you wish you could actually say some fo those sometimes? Country, what a nice surprise gift from your DH. You are doing great with your bow. Hey, that counts as exercise. Fillise, Yeah for you ont he new #. Keep up the good work. Glad you fond a nice couch. Nice bd present too. Toni, Let me know how you enjoy the book. Thinking of getting it myself. How much water would be a good amount for the challenge? Sef, You had e going on the potatoe sacks. I was rally paying attention. Going to try it. Got me! You deserve a day of rest, all the hard work you did. Heartmom, Youa re doing grat. Keep up the good work. You've almost made it through the weekend. Good job. Mcjonjon, WTG on the 4 lbs. I was big on trisquits when I started, now I hardly eat them. Theya re good dipped in salsa too. Deb, Sure glad we finally caught up with each other. It was nice talking to you. We'll ahve to do it again when we have more time. Glad you had a nice day with Eli. Sometimes those are far and few between. Hope Michael has a great bday party. Hope he is surprise and not mad about the pics. Quilter, Sorry you haven't felt well. That's ok about the exercise. We can do it again. You can't help feeling bad. Sorry our team beat yours but they tell me you all always win. Melf, You have had a hard year. My prayers are flowing for your DS DIL's baby. I truly hope those tests are wrong or it is soemthing that can easily be fixed. {{HUGS}}} Well, got to go eat lunch an jump into the shower (phew!) Have a grat day everyone Jackie257/173/145 10-10-01 |
Sunday Afternoon
Thought I'd pop in to wish everyone a good day.
I think the football games came out well for everyone. My most beloved team won and my most hated team lost! Now for tomorrow night to see what happens to Auburn. I actually have the entire afternoon off since none of my youth groups meet tonight--what a luxury. I'm looking forward to a quiet afternoon--I may even take in a movie. I hope everyone has a good day today! Susan 300/247.5/150 |
HiedieHo All!
Just a quickie. Went to church this morning and I will soon be going to theater to usher for a matinee. Thought I'd see what's happening here! HEART: I love Mexican and there are so many things that are legal if we are careful. Wish I could say the same for Chineses! BOB: Did tour team win? MCJON: Love your post. A P.S. on the lettuce. When the towel paper in the bottom of the bowl seems really wet after a few days, I replace it. You're right about veggies, they can be cooked so many different ways. We sometimes forget that because we have always had a food cooked a certain way that we could experiment a little and do it differently! QUILT: Hope you are feeling better. MELF: Prayers for sister and her family. I am a big skating fan. Love towatch all the competitions, shows and exhibition. I have seen live shows to. You have had a slew of problems but your strengthomes from your faith. DEB: I told you.....I didn't carry it I slid it up the stairs, take a couple of stairs myslef and slid it again! ZI may be dum but I'm not stupid! Although if you talk to some people.............. Well going to get a little lunch before I leave. Will try to checkin later. Shirley |
Hi All,
I am still here and still on program. I celebrated my 2nd year of being on Sugar Busters and I am still maintaining. My daughter is here visiting and we are having a grand time but I am maintaining and not losing. I will have plenty of time for doing that when she has to leave next week. We have been very busy during her visit with gardening and canning. Tomato sauce is our goal for tomorrow and we just bought 60 pounds so we should have plenty for both of us to last awhile. It is soooo good. I hope everyone is doing well. I will start the board reading anew next week. I miss you guys. |
Hey All:wave:
Just a quickie! Our friend Jose came over and after an hour of trying, it seems HE GOT OUR MODEM FIXED!!!!! It's not perfect, but heck, at least I got back on the desktop. Seems it takes a few tries to log on. Computer seems to be running a little slow as well but I really shouldn't complain. It's funny, after being on the laptop for so long everything on the desktop looks so big! Now I have to take the time and try to transfer everything I have on the laptop to the desktop. It's amazing in how short a period of time you can accumulate stuff on a computer. For sure I'm going to have to log on the laptop when I go to start the new board for tomorrow since all that info is in there now. Already went to the grocery store and p/u the cake, it came out so nice! Did the veggies this morning while he was asleep and took those over there as well, along with 2 containers of Breyers ice cream-they've really gone all out for him, he has no idea. I can't WAIT to see his reaction!!! Okay, I'm outta here. Going to go get something to eat and then take Lauren over to my sisters house. Toodles Debbie :) |
Good Sunday Morning to all..Sunday afternoon to you folks who live in the east...
DH has just left with DD to take her back to school. She's been home for the summer, she goes to UVic, which isn't far, but it's a 1.5 hr trip by ferry. Poor me can't go coz I have to work 3-11 today. Anyway I have the house to myself, & thought I'd try to catch up a little. Deb- thanx for the recommendation re Eat Yourself slim, it'll be my next read. Yay for you for running even though you're not feeling great. Gracious - hey fellow Canadian! We seem to be few and far between. Congrats on your .5 loss, that's fabulous!! Mike and I love the maritime provinces, we spent our honeymoon in NS two years ago. Jack-K - sounds like a busy w/e for you. I know how easy it is to get side tracked from exercising, but just think of the workout your fingers get on the keyboard! Filise - hooray for your .5 loss. I've always found new scales to be cruel and evil and make me weigh 5 lbs more. Glad yours is being friendly. GatorGal- hope you avoided getting soaked Toni48 - hope you're feeling much better. Thanks for the welcome. We'll be reading Eat Yourself Slim at the same time. Mercy - yay to you for exercising and staying OP Tranquil - your eggplant dish sounds yummy! Nice to know there's another hockey fan out there! jred - bummer about the gain, just temporary though BKM - hope you enjoyed your day to yourself. Glad DS is able to practice. JoAnn - sorry to hear your struggling. I'm easing myself into this WOE. Not going nuts and throwing everything in the house out, but all food purchases will be SB friendly. Hang in there. Heartmom - congrats on your loss...we're within a pound or two of eachother. Red1 - you're so right, very hard to keep up with the posts here!! BOB - hope you're enjoying your FB fix this w/e!! Countrymom - what a great gift from DH!! How long have you been an archer? I have a cousin in England who competes internationally. Sef - Hope you enjoyed your day of rest...great funnies! mcjonjon - what a great loss! the taco salad sounds mahvelous! Quilter - sorry to hear you're not feeling well...what a nasty ending to a nice meal out. Melf - glad your DS is feeling better. How worrying about the baby. I pray all is well. Whew...I'm sure I missed a few...sorry. Enjoy the rest for the long w/e. My w/e starts tommorow. Karen |
