After reading the reviews on Amazon about SB, I decided to take the plunge and order the book. I know that I'm a sugar addict and need to give it up. The weight keeps piling on no matter what I do. While I'm waiting for my book to arrive, is there anything that do now to get started? i.e.) tips on grocery shopping, etc. I've read some of the posts here. This place sounds like a warm supportive group. Glad to be here. Sophie's Mom (Sophie is my cat.)

I would say that the best place to check out on the web is RISSA'S site that gives a good overview of SB and will help you along until you get your book:

Also, ask any questions you may have-we are more than happy to help answer them best we can. The book can be a little vague and/or confusing at times, so don't hesitate to ask if something isn't quite clear to you.
