You guys do great! I really hate to exercise!!!! I feel like I have been good just because I have been walking on tred mill for 25-30 or so 3 times so far. I want to do it everyday, but didn't yesterday...heavy TOM.
Maybe I will end up doing more, maybe not. I just don't like it. So for now, my little 25 min a day will have to do.
But you guys....man, you are awesome!
