  • MONDAY
    Don't know how I did it, but have a new best time of 41:06 doing my 4.5 miles and jogged a straight 4.05 miles without stopping
  • Monday
    Shoulder and back day at the gym. I increased weights on all exercises and all set and feel like jelly.

  • TUESDAY
    Did my usual 4.5 miles, 4.05 miles straight running. Felt like a really good time, but had a stop at a light and turned off my timer and thought I turned it on, but didn't, so don't know time I did it in-oh well!
  • MONDAY
    Finally went and walked 3.5 miles with Ricky. We had to stop of course, and I stop every time we cross the road, but the time was still o.k.
    1:04.

    Did 25 minute high intensity intervals on bike. Whew! thy're killers. jogged a fast 4 miles with Cleo to see if I could still do it- I can do it, but the dog flaked out the minute we walked in the door.
    Went to the gym after work for chest, tricep and bicep day, and finished off with a few set of abs.
  • You guys do great! I really hate to exercise!!!! I feel like I have been good just because I have been walking on tred mill for 25-30 or so 3 times so far. I want to do it everyday, but didn't yesterday...heavy TOM.

    Maybe I will end up doing more, maybe not. I just don't like it. So for now, my little 25 min a day will have to do.

    But you guys....man, you are awesome!

    Lower body workout at the gym- I leg pressed 425 pounds for 10 reps! New personal best. A good workout!

    Did my 4.5 miles in 45:07, no great times, but at least I went. Did 4.05 of that straight jogging
  • Thursday
    Did 25 minutes of high intensity intervals on bike, then walked 3.5 miles with Cleo and friends.
    Sore from yesterday's weights.

    Did my 4.5 miles in 47:39
  • Friday
    Did chest, triceps and biceps, and abs at the gym today. Great workout! Walked 3 miles with cleo and neighbors, then played a VERY SLOOOOW hour of tennis after work.

  • SUNDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in the HOT & HUMID FLORIDA HEAT WAVE we are having. It was downright brutal today, and I think this may be the first time I have said I HATED IT!!!! I did it in 46:48-no great times-guess as the heat comes back into play I better realize I'll be back to just walking soon!

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 22.5 miles
