    I might as well jump in here too.

    Monday Feb 18

    30 minutes of step up- 10 of which holding 2 lb handweights

    500 ab crunches

    100 butt raises

    50 tricep pushups
  • Monday
    3 miles brisk, windy walk with Cleo, 2 hours tennis in afternoon.

  • Tuesday
    25 minutes high intensity intervals on bike, 6 sets various crunches.
  • TUESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 46:35, not any great times but the longest distance I've ever run straight-have to check out the exact distance, but definitely the longest and well over 2 miles
  • Tuesday Feb 19
    No aerobic today but I did:

    500 ab crunches
    100 butt raises
    60 overhead tricep curls with 6 lb weights
  • Wednesday
    Did lower body workout at gym. Worked on quads, hamstrings and calves, and a short 3 sets of hanging crunches. Ouch!
  • THURSDAY
    Today I went for distance instead of time. Did my 4.5 miles in 46:07, but what was great was the distance 3.8 miles straight jogging. I'd say I only walked a tenth of a mile total today!!!! This is the longest length I've ever walked without a stop!
  • Wednesday - 4.1 miles on stationary bike.

    Thursday - 4.8 miles on sb.

    walked .8 mile in 17 min (Ricky had to stop otherwise he is quite frisky!)
    Also I did 30 arm lifts and 40 arm curls with 10 lb weights.
  • FRIDAY
    Had my longest length of straight jogging ever! Did 4.05 miles without stopping, didn't even get a light!!!!
  • Nothing sensational
    Did 14 min walk - .8 mile. Nothing else. Switched channels a lot.
  • Really behind here....
    Thursday: 25 minute high intensity intervals on bike, 10 minutes various ab exercises.

    Friday: Upper body weight workout- stunk. Really tired, could barely finish sets.

    Saturday: 30 minute intervals workout on bike.
  • SUNDAY
    I am quite proud of myself today! I jogged longer than I ever had and went farther than I have in quite a while-jogged in an area I haven't gone to before.

    I did 5.35 miles and of that 4.90 miles was non-stop jogging. I walked maybe only .3 miles. Only wish I would of known the length beforehand so I could of made it 5.5 miles and 5 miles of jogging-next time

    Did it in 55:55-which also surprised me!!

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK 23.35 miles

    Went to gym nice and early for Lower Body workout- upped the weight, will be sore tomorrow!
