I just finished breakfast...a whole wheat English Muffin with peanut butter and a glass of milk. I had espresso earlier.
I plan to throw today. I am in a good mood, since my bg was better than it has been lately, and I got that payment, and I weighed and was down a half a pound. Feels like a good morning to me!

MSRUBI:
We are delighted to have you join us! I guess the other Sugarbusters forums have disappeared. We have a small core group that has been around for a long time. For a while, I was afraid we would have to close the forum due to lack of activity, but it has picked up again. Yay! I hope you will jump right in and feel at home here. GYM: Isn't it great how one day of being really good helps lead to another and another? Its like it convinces us we CAN do it!
SPARKLE: It sure is hard to stay on plan at places like Red Lobster. I LOVE those biscuits...I make whoever I am with put them as far away from me as possible. Hopping right back on plan is the ticket....
DTRMND: Happy Anniversary! I hope you had a wonderful time. I think learning to control the little cheats and getting right back on plan is part of the secret to success!

CHRGRL: I have not been ice skating in years! I am afraid I would break a leg or something if I tried it now. They used to flood the ball field for a skating rink when I was a kid...not anymore! They worry about being sued. Kind of sad if you ask me. The kids don't have a place to go skate anymore.
CHRIS: If you click on the picture, then copy the address, it should work. I bet it is icky though, huh?
THIN: Ug! Tom had that virus and it lasted over a week. I sure hope you all get over it quickly. He was miserable. I was so thankful I did not get it. He tried to tell me he got it from me...which I guess is possible. I had a couple days where my throat was sore, but I did not feel THAT bad and just kept going. (I have a VERY high tolerance for pain though...)
SLOW: Good for you getting the sugar levels under control! I kept mine under control with Sugarbusters for years. Then I had a particularly stressful six months, and kind of got off SB during that time...next thing I knew, my A1C was 14.85, and my bg was running in the 300's. It is a constant battle some days. I hope you can avoid it.
Now, where are BOB and TONI?

I'm fairly new too. What a very nice bunch of people there are here. Sweets are my downfall too. That's too funny that you used to live in Bethel. I love this town, but not the weather.

4 lbs is awesome. That is so funny about your anxiety pill making you eat.
