  • MONDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles and tied my third best time of 44:56 this morning!
  • Monday
    Couldn't fall back to sleep at 4:30 this morning, so I got up and did my upper body weight w/o. I don't even remember it. Walked 2 miles w/ dog and neighbors at a more civilized hour.

    Did 3.5 miles today
  • Tuesday
    Did High intensity bike cardio workout, then walked dog for 2 VERY COLD WINDY miles.

    Will do back weight workout this afternoon.

    Got in my 4.5 miles in 46:43

    Did 3.5 miles today
  • Wed, Thrus. Fri
    Looks like I've gotten really behind here...let's see what I remember:

    Wednesday- Walked 2 miles with neighbors and dog, did 1 1/2 hours INCREDIBLE Lower Body Workout with a trainer at the gym. Leg pressed 345 pounds!

    Thursday- 20 minutes of high intensity intervals on bike, walked 2.5 miles with neighbors and dog, played tennis for 2 hours, and hurt my knee

    Friday- walked 2.5 miles with neighbors and dog, 1 1/2 hour Upper Body Workout at gym.

    There- got it all, I think.
  • Saturday, Sunday
    Saturday: 20 minutes High intensity intervals on bike, 2 mile walk and 1 mile jog with Cleo. Off to the gym for chest and back workout, then 25 minutes on elliptical which I didn't mean to do- just couldn't figure out how to get off without finishing program

    Sunday: Legs and abs workout at gym.
