Looks like I've gotten really behind here...let's see what I remember:
Wednesday- Walked 2 miles with neighbors and dog, did 1 1/2 hours INCREDIBLE Lower Body Workout with a trainer at the gym. Leg pressed 345 pounds!
Thursday- 20 minutes of high intensity intervals on bike, walked 2.5 miles with neighbors and dog, played tennis for 2 hours, and hurt my knee
Friday- walked 2.5 miles with neighbors and dog, 1 1/2 hour Upper Body Workout at gym.
There- got it all, I think.
