This is the SUGAR BUSTERS WEIGH IN BOARD FOR JANUARY 2002 where you can post your weigh in results for your weight weekly, bi-weekly, or for the month, whether it be up or down!!!
You are what you think. You are what you go for. You are what you do!
After all the holiday cheating I am happy to report a 1 pound loss.
That makes my grand total 27 pounds. I hope to continue on this downward trend as I get back on track with my eating and exercising.
I am really proud of myself. I've only been on the diet for a little over a week and amazed at the results so far. Since last Wednesday I have lost 5 lbs.
Happy to be back down again, not at my low of 118.5, but sure darn close to it, 119. That's 5lbs less than the horrible WIW of just last week (it was hormones, I knew, so I didn't go nuts).
OK I've only actually been on this program for a few days, but I went ahead and weighed this morning anyway. I am down 1/2 pound. That's just fine with me.
My internist told me in March, 2001 I needed to do SB for my health. She'd had several patients who had done SB with incredible results. I would do it for two weeks and then I'd go back to my bad eating habits.
Just before Christmas I was feeling lousy and went in to see her. She was not happy with me. I had gained 10 pounds since last March. She told me to get off my a__ and start exercising again and start SB January 1st, 2002.
I saw her last Friday and I was thrilled to learn I had lost six pounds. That's even with being "home" for two weeks at Christmas, so I'm very inspired and hopeful I will achieve my goal by June 2002. I know, without a doubt, exercising has played the biggest factor in my weight loss. I do the Body for Life exercises, but eat according to SB. Seems like a winning combinatin for me!
