Default Can you eat fruit on this diet?

Hi,

I am looking at purchasing this book but I wanted to know if you can eat fruit on this diet before I do.

Oh yes you can! High glycemic fruit are not a good choice, like pineapple and bananas, but fruit is allowed. I find this plan the most 'natural' and easiest to follow.... Come join us!
