Default Sounds great to me

I need to get started on a diet, I have a physical in November, and dont want the Doctor to tell me I have to lose weight.
I want to start now, because I know I have to lose weight.
I am so unhappy with my weight right now, at 210, seems I
need to really get myself motivated and do this, reading all your success stories has helped me tonight. Thanks.

Smile Hello Lakelady!

I want to congratulate you on your careful consideration of improving your health through weightloss. I started Weight Watchers 12 weeks ago. Like you I was having and am still having a bit of an attitude problem when it comes to weight loss. I had lost 14 pounds, but when I realized what I had done, I became terrified that the weight was going to return. I went on vacation and sure enough I gained a pound. I am not here to promote Weight Watchers per say, but I am here to tell you that the method and the group meetings are what I am clinging to. First, if you just go in and listen to the stories first hand, and see all of the success going on around you, it can be a great motivator. I got in when they were doing a special ($15.00 to join, $11.00/week) I don't know if that special is still going on. But I think that it is normally (I"m not sure) $30.00 to join, $11.00/wk. But I feel that this is the best lifestyle (Yes, for people like us it has to become a lifestyle.) for me. I can eat anything I want, I hardly ever feel famished, and I have that wonderful support system that gives me inner strength. I have tried many, many different diets. Plus, I have lost over 1,000 lbs. (the same few pounds over and over again). This time I will be successful. I am praying the same for you and good luck and get started. The journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step. If hunger is not the problem, food is not the answer.
