Talking Pictures...oh the horror
Ok...so Ive been the same weight for 4 weeks now. Ive been getting kinda depressed and started thinking to myself that I cant even really see a difference in the way I look. Ive lost 40 pounds since Jan 6th so you would think 40 pounds would show. Eveyone kept saying how great I was looking but I didnt believe it. I finally found a picture of my before and I was shocked at how BIG I was. I cant believe my husband even looked at me. So I guess I feel alittle better about my loss of 40 pound even if it is at a stand still for awhile. I just took some pictures of me today and yesterday. Im feeling pretty good about myself today. : )


This is me at 260 or so pounds. Im on the right.


Yesterday 219 pounds


Today 219 pounds

I know they arent very good pictures but I had to keep waiting for the camera to go off. It's hard taking pictures yourself. Lol.

That's wonderful! The difference is definitely apparent. Your facial features are lovely, and the weight loss is really making them more prominent. I'm curious as to how tall you are, since you really seem to carry your weight well. It feels nice to hear people compliment you on losing weight, but sometimes you just have to be able to see the changes for yourself. I'm glad you're feeling good about your progress; you deserve to feel proud about your hard work. Congrats!

By the way, I love the color of your walls in the current pictures.

There is such a huge difference, it does look like way more than 40 pounds! Even with your annoying plateau, you've got to keep going.. your results are BEYOND fantastic!! Keep it up... did you take measurements before? I'd be very curious to hear how many inches you've lost.

You look great! Don't get discouraged that you haven't lost for a while...your body is getting used to the change and you will start losing again soon.

You look great and should be very proud. I can definitely see the difference. I wish my tummy had went down that fast. Keep up the good work. Don't let the stall get you down. I have been having one too and I know it really sucks. Good Luck.

You look fantastic - that's a huge difference. I'm with you on the plateau - I'm in the midst of one, too. I just have to keep reminding myself that at least I'm maintaining! You really look great - way to go!
