You look so good! You look half the size you were before! You can really tell in the profile picture with the pink shirt. Keep up the good work!

You look great!! Congrats on the loss. Like many have said, it is so hard for us to see it ourselves. Put the pictures on the fridge and then you will see the difference everyday!! Congrats again!

What a remarkable difference JT! Truly an accomplishment, don't be depressed! I know I get complimented daily at work ( to the point of embarrassment at times ) and I've only lost 26.

By the way, I am thrilled with my weightloss sinse January 8th but how in the world did you manage a 40 pound loss? Hooray for you! Please share as I haven't been around long ( sorry if you've already discussed )

Good job!

Thanks again everyone. Well I've bascially just been watching my portions and eating low fat healthy foods. I dont ever tell myself I cant have something cause it will just make me want it even more. I just eat less of it if it's something high in calories. I started working out about 20 mins walking 5 days a week and then I worked up to jogging/walking 30 mins a day and I also have 1-2 days a week of weight lifting. I usally take about 2 days a week to let my body rest. I guess the reason I lost so much faster might be because I had alot more to lose?!? I dunno. Im 5' 9" and started at 260 pounds. Im proud to say I finally lost another pound after 4 weeks of losing nothing! Hope this helps. Feel free to message me.

You really do have impressive results! I've been working at this weight loss thing pretty intensely for the last 5 weeks and have only lost 5 pounds.. pretty typical I suppose.. but I want MORE.. heh.

What kind of weight lifting are you doing?

Either 1 or 2 days a week I do free weights and some on a machine. Legs, mostly arms and back.
