Just a little update since I ran across this thread.. I weighed yesterday.. this week I was down 2.5lbs!! Go me!

Misti. - what plateau!?!? You go girl. 2lbs is a sweet sweet victory in my opinion!

Ya, it's nice, isn't? I've weighed in at a new low for me too today (but of course, it won't be "offiicial" till Friday. But whenever I do have a new low, I think all day "Wow, I'm the lightest RIGHT NOW that I've been in about 15 years!"

Weight loss is hard, but this does make it all worth while.

Tealeaf- Thanks! It is so great. Congrats on your loss. Can't wait to get to your weight. I'm 6' 2" so I am prob never going to weigh less than 175 if that. Anyways...sorry Congrats and Thanks again!! Enjoy the new you!!! Love your cat picture!
