Default How many calories....

Have you burned since you started?? If 3500 cals equals one lb. Then I have lost 92lbs thats a total of 322,000 calories! Holy Crap... Wish I had a dollar, shoot even a penny for every calorie burned! Now, THAT would be motivation.

59,500 calories down, 115,500 to go. I'm more than 1/3 of the way there!

My favorite food: Cheesecake. I've burned approximately 13 cheesecakes. THIRTEEN! Mmm... cheeesecake

140,000 calories for me (40 pounds). Of course the scientist in me wants to point out that some of that was water weight not fat weight....
