Talking The Slump is Over!!!

Finally!!! After three weeks of sitting at 170 (and, to be honest, not paying a lot of attention to what I was putting in my mouth), the scale has started to move again. And today wasn't even my weigh-in day - I usually weight myself on Saturday or Sunday. I'm SO happy to be losing again!!! I got a little upset when I hurt my ankle three weeks ago, and couldn't so much as walk to the store without limping home. But I went to the physio yesterday, and she set it right again, and sent me off with ankle exercises, which have really helped. And she said I can start running again this weekend. Yay! So i went to the gym to do strength this a.m. and couldn't help getting on the scale - down 2 pounds!!! It's good to be back!!!

Thanks! I think not being able to do much kinda made me a little depressed... and feeling depressed leads me straight to the fridge! Now that I'm out and about again I feel great

For sure, Kayley! About the time we start feeling as if it never will... it does LOL. I was happy to see another one go yesterday too but wish it was lots more LOL. They sure come ON a lot easier than they go OFF. Glad you made it to "Two-derland" LOL
