Default My BMI!

This is a victory to me, but i know i have way more to go!

I just checked my BMI, and i haven't for awhile. I'm out of the very high risk category, and into the obese one (man that's an awful word) I sure don't feel obese, i feel great! It was nice to see that i'm getting healthier

Yay!

You worked your way out of an unhealthy category and are SO close to breaking 200-- your hard work is obviously paying off! Great job!

Thanks everyone!

I'm getting impatient to break the 200 mark and get into the 190's! It seems that it's taking forever now, while everything else before came off so fast!

That is fantastic. I too watch my BMI, it was 36 to start with as my doctor told me with a look of disgust. It is 25 now, which at 159 and 5'7 puts me right on the edge of "normal" whatever that means. I still have 14lbs. to go, but am determined that I can do this.
