I've just been reading some of these posts and it's great how well all of you are doing. I know what a battle it is, I've lost 55 lbs. over the last year and a half. I'm pretty happy where I am now, and I'm very determined to never gain any of it back. We went on vacation 2 weeks ago and ate out for 9 days straight. Wow, talk about throwing off a lifestyle. I'm now getting back on track, just eating right and exercise. Support is so important, especially from your family. I do alot of talking with the guys and gals at work about diets. Every diet ever done, I've seen someone I know try it. I've done my share including hypnosis and atkins and the diet center. Good luck to all of you, your doing great. Bye [email protected]

Boy, the 9 days in a row of dining out really threw the lifestyle change a curveball. It's really been a struggle. I had 2 people e-mail me with some suggestions and if anyone else has any I'd love to hear them. This is a lifetime commitment and I'm determined to stick with it.
